School Council
Blanchard's School Council is a representative committee composed of the principal, parents, teachers, and community members. The group enhances school-wide decision-making by providing diverse and complementary perspectives on the school's goals and plans.

Massachusetts General Law outlines four major areas of responsibility for School Councils:
